Development of Project Budgets
Amtec will develop project budgets in accordance with an issuer's plans to determine the net size of the bond issue.

Amtec will review bond sizing calculations and verify earnings estimates to ensure there will be adequate proceeds to complete projects without over issuance.

Development of Proceeds Draw Down Schedule
Completed bond sizing documents will be converted to a project draw down schedule that calculates the exact amounts required to meet payout dates. This schedule will become the basis for competitive bidding on the reinvestment of proceeds and will achieve compliance with strict market price rule guidelines.

Pro Forma Spend Down and Rebate Calculations
Amtec will use the draw down schedule to calculate potential arbitrage liability under both the Rebate and Spend Down Rules to determine the appropriate pre-issuance elections that Bond Counsel may select on the Tax Certificate at closing.
